Terms of Service

Effective date: August 6, 2026 · aiqadvisory.com is operated by Morris Digital LLC (DBA AIQ Advisory), Concord, NC.

How This Differs From Your Engagement Letter These Terms of Service govern your use of this website — browsing it, using the intake form, and general access. If you purchase an AIQ Essential or AIQ Executive audit, the separate Engagement Letter you accept at checkout governs the actual consulting services, scope, payment, and liability terms for that engagement. Where the two conflict on anything related to a purchased engagement, the Engagement Letter controls.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, including submitting the intake form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2.Description of Service

This website provides information about AIQ Advisory's business audit services, a sample report for illustrative purposes, and an intake form used to collect information for preparing a paid AIQ Essential or AIQ Executive report. Completing the intake form does not by itself constitute a purchase or create an engagement; a report is prepared only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.

3.Eligibility

This service is intended for operating businesses, as described on the site. AIQ Advisory reserves the right to decline to prepare a report, and to issue a refund instead, if intake responses indicate the business does not have sufficient operating history for the audit to produce a meaningful result.

4.Accuracy of Information You Provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the intake form. AIQ Advisory does not independently verify client-provided figures, tool names, or descriptions of business operations, and the resulting report is only as accurate as the information provided.

5.No Professional Advice

Content on this website, including the sample report, is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, financial, or securities advice. See your Engagement Letter for the same disclaimer as it applies to a purchased report.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, the sample report, graphics, and layout — is the property of Morris Digital LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or republished without permission. A report you purchase is licensed to you for your own internal business use, as further described in your Engagement Letter.

7.Third-Party Links and Tools

This site and any report you receive may reference third-party tools or vendors. AIQ Advisory does not control and is not responsible for those third parties' products, terms, or data practices. Review any third-party vendor's own terms before adopting it.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morris Digital LLC's liability arising from your use of this website (separate from any purchased engagement, which is governed by its own Engagement Letter) is limited to direct damages, and Morris Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use.

9.Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

11.Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to dalton@aiqadvisory.com.
