1.What We Collect

When you use the intake form or purchase a report, we collect:

Contact information	Name, email, phone number
Business information	Business name, industry, size, years in operation, tools currently used
Operational details you provide	Pain points, workflow descriptions, prior tools tried, goals
Payment information	Handled directly by Stripe at checkout — we do not receive or store your full card number
Basic site usage data	Standard analytics (pages visited, general location by region) via our hosting provider

2.How We Use It

To prepare the AIQ report you purchased
To communicate with you about your order, delivery, and any follow-up calls included in your tier
To improve the accuracy and quality of future reports (using de-identified, aggregate patterns — never your specific answers shared outside this engagement without your separate written permission)
To meet legal and tax obligations

3.Use of AI in Preparing Your Report

Report drafts are prepared with the assistance of a third-party AI system (Anthropic's Claude). The information you submit through the intake form is sent to that system as part of generating your draft report. Every report — Essential or Executive — is reviewed by a person before it is sent to you; a draft is never delivered to a client unreviewed.

4.Who We Share It With

Service providers we use to run this business — hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email, and the AI system referenced above. These providers only receive what's needed to perform their function.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Case studies: your business information is never used in a published case study, testimonial, or marketing material — anonymized or not — without your explicit, separate written sign-off. See your Engagement Letter for the specific case-study consent terms.

5.How Long We Keep It

We retain intake and report data for as long as needed to deliver your report, respond to any follow-up questions, and meet recordkeeping/tax obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You can request earlier deletion — see Section 7.

Confidentiality Carve-Out Consistent with your Engagement Letter, we may retain de-identified, aggregate data (e.g., "X% of clients in an industry use manual scheduling") to improve report quality across clients. This aggregate use never includes information that identifies your specific business.

6.Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access-controlled cloud storage) to protect the information you provide. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't treat that as an excuse to cut corners.

7.Your Choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you
You can request correction of inaccurate information
You can request deletion of your information, subject to our legal/tax recordkeeping obligations

8.Cookies and Analytics

This site uses basic analytics to understand traffic patterns (e.g., which pages are visited). We do not use invasive tracking or sell browsing data to advertisers.

9.Children's Privacy

This site and our services are intended for business owners and operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
